CARE

• Never submerge your board in water or expose it to excess humidity. 
• Clean board after fruits/vegetables by wiping clean with a damp paper towel
• To clean after slicing meats: gently wipe with a paper towel and small bit of dish soap followed by a quick rinse. Dry thoroughly with a dry dish towel and leave to dry in a well ventilated area. Refresh the board by applying a thin layer of wood butter, rub it in, and wipe any excess after two hours with a dry paper towel
• When board is looking a bit dry, apply a thin layer of wood butter and rub in
