How do you determine an items condition?
All pre-loved and vintage items are carefully examined to determine how much it has been previously used and how much life it has left to live. Our pre-loved and vintage items are priced based on their used condition and brand.
Can I return my order?
Your order can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase date and original receipt. After 7 days you will may receive a store credit up to 30 days from purchase. Items to be returned must be packaged carefully, including all original accessories such as authenticity cards, dust bags/boxes if applicable. Please note that all Handbags and Wallets and Vintage Items are final sale.
